BloxShirt is a small, independent project. There is no support ticket system or live chat — email is the one real channel, and a person reads every message.
No account or ticket number needed. Response times are not guaranteed — this is a one-person project, not a company with a support team — but every email gets read.
What to include
- Bug reports: which tool (Shirt, Pants, T-Shirt, Clothing Tester or Thumbnail Maker), what you did, what you expected, and your browser if you can. A screenshot helps more than a long description.
- Template or content concerns: if you believe one of the ready-made templates in the catalog uses something it should not, tell us which template (its file name under
/catalog) and what the concern is. - Feedback and requests: what you were trying to do and what got in the way. Feature requests are welcome; nothing is promised or scheduled from a single email.
Before you write in
BloxShirt cannot see your uploaded images, undo a Roblox moderation decision, refund Robux spent on an upload, or act on behalf of Roblox Corporation — all clothing uploads and reviews happen entirely on Roblox's own platform.
